No,
Mini-Med School is a series of health science classes designed
for a general audience. Its goal is to make you become a more
informed patient, a better parent or caregiver, and an expert
on your own physical well-being. One continuing education units
(CEU) is available for those interested for a $30 fee through
Howard University Continuing Education.
However, Howard University Continuing Education is making available
Continuing Education Units for all attendees who are interested.
How can I obtain Continuing
Education Units (CEUs)?
CEUs are available to all class attendees who apply, satisfy the
required levels of active participation and pay the necessary
fee. Normally, the CEU is based upon a participation schedule
of 10 contact hours for 1.0 CEU and a fee of $30 per CEU per participant
is charged.
However, since this is a HUCM/HUCE partnership initiative, a special
arrangement has been made to award one (1) CEU for attending a
